Vystaveno is my own product: a modular operations system that replaces five apps for small businesses — POS, kitchen, inventory, reservations, attendance and invoicing. Concept, design, development and operation in one pair of hands.
The brief
Small businesses live in paper, Excel and five disconnected apps. The goal: one system where sales, kitchen, inventory and documents talk to each other — and every business turns on and pays for only the modules it actually needs.
What I did
I designed and built the whole system from scratch: a touch POS, a table map with kitchen tickets, inventory with recipes and food cost, reservations, attendance and invoicing with QR payments. Modular architecture per company; runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Outcome
- 12 finished modules in operation — from the POS to closings and owner dashboards
- A sale deducts inventory by recipe and an invoice from a sale is one click
- Living proof of the craft: what I promise clients, I build and run myself
