A brand studio's portfolio with a bold motion identity. The studio had the visuals and a precise idea of the motion — I brought it into the browser without losing a thing.
The brief
The studio delivered a precise design and a clear idea of how the site should move. They needed a developer who wouldn't betray the design — reproduce the animation exactly, and keep it smooth on mobile too.
What I did
I built the site component by component, scroll and text animation with GSAP and ScrollTrigger, smooth scrolling with Lenis. I tuned every animation to the device profile and kept it running on transform and opacity only.
Outcome
- The studio's motion identity lives in the browser, not just in a deck
- A smooth feel even on a weaker phone — the visitor doesn't bounce
- The site loads before the visitor loses patience
