This policy describes how I handle the personal data you send me through this site. I process personal data only to the extent necessary and never pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who is the controller
The controller is Patrik Zukal, business ID (IČO) 24991686, registered at Brodská 1914/40, 591 01 Žďár nad Sázavou, Czech Republic, contact: patrik@patrikz.dev. Use this address for anything regarding your data.
What data I process
From the contact form: your website address, your email and an optional note. I collect nothing else through the form and never any sensitive data.
Why and on what basis
I use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare an analysis, i.e. to discuss possible cooperation at your request. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering a contract at your request, or my legitimate interest in answering your question.
Who receives the data (processors)
Email delivery is handled by Resend (form submissions). The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only as processors, on my instructions and to the extent needed to operate the site.
How long I keep the data
For as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards (for any follow-up). After that I delete it, unless cooperation begins in which I still need it.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use Google Analytics 4 and Seznam Event Measurement cookies only with your consent. Until you grant it (or if you decline), the measurement scripts do not load and nothing is measured. Measurement is used to evaluate traffic, submitted enquiries, advertising effectiveness and, where applicable, to create a retargeting audience; the data is not used to personalise the site's content.
After a successful form submission and with consent granted, Seznam Event Measurement may process a normalised email address hashed in the browser for more accurate conversion attribution. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The measurement providers are Google Ireland Ltd. and Seznam.cz, a.s.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. You can contact me anytime at patrik@patrikz.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
