The site is broken or slow
The form, the basket or the mobile version does not work, or the site is so slow it turns visitors away. Website repair here is usually a matter of days, not a new project.

I find out the real state first. I recommend a new site only when repairing the current base makes no sense.

After the repair
Website maintenance, so it does not break again
A repaired site needs someone keeping an eye on it. After the repair I can take over its maintenance: one person who knows the site and what has changed on it.

- How much does website repair cost?
- I give the price after the site review, which is free. The findings show what must be fixed now and what can wait, with one figure for it. No hourly rates and no blind price list.
- Do you repair WordPress or Shoptet sites too?
- Yes. What matters is not what the site runs on but what state it is in. I repair WordPress and Shoptet sites as well as custom builds. When a repair costs more than a new base, I say so plainly.
- What if I have no access to the site or the domain?
- I find out who the domain is registered to and where the site runs, and propose how to get the access back. When that is not possible, I build the new site next to the old one and switch the domain once everything is verified.
- Can you finish a site an agency or a developer left half-built?
- Yes. First I go through what is done, what is missing and what needs redoing, and find out who holds the domain, the hosting and the licences for paid themes and plugins. Then you get one figure and a date for finishing it. If the half-built base is sound, I finish it. If not, I say so before we start.
- What should I ask the previous developer for?
- Access to the site's admin, the hosting and the domain, a backup or the source code, and the licences for paid themes and plugins. If you have none of it or the developer is not replying, that is fine. I find out where everything is and propose how to get to it.
- How fast is the repair?
- The site review is with you within three working days. Targeted repairs, a form or speed, are usually a matter of days. A takeover with a hosting move takes weeks, because only a verified state gets switched over.
- Will you look after the site after the repair?
- Yes. After the repair I can take over ongoing website maintenance: updates, backups, form checks and small edits. Maintenance has a fixed monthly price based on the size of the site, which I give together with the price of the repair. The access, the domain and the data stay yours.
- Do you work with English-speaking clients?
- Yes. I work in English and Czech, in Prague, across Czechia and remotely.
