The site is broken or slow
The form, the basket or the mobile version does not work, or the site is so slow it turns visitors away. Website repair here is usually a matter of days, not a new project.
You do not know whether to repair or start again
I find out the real state first. I recommend a new site only when repairing the current base makes no sense.

- How much does website repair cost?
- I give the price after the site review, which is free. The findings show what must be fixed now and what can wait, with one figure for it. No hourly rates and no blind price list.
- Do you repair WordPress or Shoptet sites too?
- Yes. What matters is not what the site runs on but what state it is in. I repair WordPress and Shoptet sites as well as custom builds. When a repair costs more than a new base, I say so plainly.
- What if I have no access to the site or the domain?
- I find out who the domain is registered to and where the site runs, and propose how to get the access back. When that is not possible, I build the new site next to the old one and switch the domain once everything is verified.
- How fast is the repair?
- The site review is with you within three working days. Targeted repairs, a form or speed, are usually a matter of days. A takeover with a hosting move takes weeks, because only a verified state gets switched over.
- Do you work with English-speaking clients?
- Yes. I work in English and Czech, in Prague, across Czechia and remotely.
